Clayful offers private, chat-based coaching for caregivers. Whether you’re navigating parenting stress, life changes, or just need someone to talk to, our trained coaches are here to support you — judgment-free.
Anything that’s on your mind. Some caregivers chat about parenting challenges. Others talk about relationships, stress, or work-life balance. You don’t need to have a specific “issue” to start — we’re here to help you feel better, think clearly, and move forward.
Clayful coaches are professionals trained in mental wellness and supportive coaching strategies. They’re not therapists, but they’re great listeners who are skilled at helping you navigate life’s ups and downs through asking thought-provoking questions and inquiring about underlying beliefs that may be limiting you.
Yes — your chat stays between you and your coach unless you mention harm to yourself, someone else, or criminal activity where harm is being caused to you or to someone else. In the case where there is an immediate risk of harm to self or others, we may contact local authorities to keep everyone safe.
Nope. Coaching is different from therapy. It’s more focused on the present and future, not the past. Coaches do not treat or diagnose mental health issues. They can provide emotional support and help you realize new insights and actions to get you unstuck.
If your school or district gave you access to Clayful, you should’ve received a link or code to sign up. Once you’re in, just tap “chat with a coach” — no appointment needed.
Not at all. Some caregivers talk about their role as a parent, but others chat about their own stress, goals, or relationships. You get to decide what you want to focus on.
Nope — your chat is just for you. Your child will never see it, and you won’t see their chats either.
If Clayful was provided by your child’s school or district, it’s completely free for you to use. No surprise fees, no subscriptions — just support when you need it.
