Deep Breathing: Take slow, deep breaths like you're smelling a flower (breathe in) and blowing out a candle (breathe out).
Mindful Doodling: Grab something to write with and something to write on and start drawing. Focus on the colors and the movement of your hand.
Yoga Poses: Try some simple yoga poses like the tree pose (standing on one leg) or child's pose (sitting on your heels with your arms stretched out in front of you).
Nature Walks: Take a walk outside and notice the sights, sounds, and smells of nature. Collect leaves, rocks, or flowers along the way.
Music and Dance: Put on your favorite calming music or dance around to release some energy. Move your body freely and let go of any tension.
