How to use the tool

  • Get Comfortable: Sit or lie down in a quiet space.
  • Breathe Deeply: Take slow, deep breaths, inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
  • Scan the Body: Starting at the head or feet, focus on each part of their body one at a time.
  • Notice Tension: Observe how each body part feels. Are shoulders tight? Is the jaw clenched?
  • Release & Relax: Consciously relax any tense muscles.
  • Complete the Scan: Take a few more deep breaths before opening eyes.
