How to use the tool
Get Comfortable: Sit or lie down in a quiet space.
Breathe Deeply: Take slow, deep breaths, inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.
Scan the Body: Starting at the head or feet, focus on each part of their body one at a time.
Notice Tension: Observe how each body part feels. Are shoulders tight? Is the jaw clenched?
Release & Relax: Consciously relax any tense muscles.
Complete the Scan: Take a few more deep breaths before opening eyes.
